Import & export

The container is the start of the programme.

We source, ship, clear, store and deliver. Much of it will be the material our own sites are about to use, which is why a delayed shipment becomes our problem before it is ever yours.

These are the lanes our people have bought on, with typical port-to-port times excluding clearance. Season and vessel schedules move them considerably — ask us for a live figure against your programme dates rather than planning off this table.

End to end

What we handle

Stage 01

Sourcing and procurement

We buy against your specification, not around it. Where a substitution saves money we will put both options in front of you before we order.

Stage 01

Freight and consolidation

FCL and LCL, consolidated so you pay for one movement rather than four. Marine insurance arranged on request.

Stage 01

Customs clearance

Declarations, duty and release handled by our own clearing team in Male’. No third-party broker between you and the container.

Stage 02

Storage to call-off

Stock held and released against your programme, so your site takes delivery the week it needs it rather than the week it lands.

Stage 02

Inter-atoll delivery

Onward delivery to island sites by scheduled inter-atoll freight, arranged and tracked by us to the landing.

Stage 02

Standing orders

For repeat buyers we will hold agreed minimum stock, so a normal order does not start with a shipping lead time.

Outbound

Export and re-export

Consolidation

Part loads collected in Male’ and consolidated into a single outbound container, with the documentation prepared here.

Documentation

Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs declarations handled end to end.

Re-export

Stock held in Male’ and re-exported onward, which is often faster and cheaper than a fresh order from origin.

Next step

Tell us what you need landed, built or let.

One enquiry reaches all three parts of the business. If it turns out you need two of them, you will still only deal with one person here.
