About Kavo
A new company. Not new people.
Kavo Private Limited was registered in Male’ this year to import, build and manage under one name. Everyone in it has spent fifteen years or more doing one of those three things somewhere else.
Where this came from
Fifteen years of watching the same thing go wrong
Everyone here has spent a long career somewhere else in this trade — importing materials into Male’, running sites, or looking after buildings once they were finished. Long enough to notice that the same job keeps failing at the same seam.
The container is late, so the slab waits. The contractor blames the supplier, the supplier blames the shipping line, and the owner pays for both. Nobody in that chain is responsible for the whole of it.
So what this is
One company holding the whole chain
Kavo was registered in Male’ this year to do all three parts under one name: bring the material in, build with it, and manage what gets built. Not three businesses that share a logo — one chain read at different points.
The practical consequence is that there is nobody to blame. If a shipment slips, it is our shipment. If the building has a defect at year three, it is our building and our phone that rings.

No handover from sales to delivery. A weekly report, photographs, and a phone answered from the site rather than from an office in Male’.

We mean to hold what we build
The plan is to manage and maintain the buildings we construct. Knowing that in advance is the strongest incentive there is to build them properly.

What we have, and what we do not
A new company is a fair thing to be careful about. So here is the position without decoration: Kavo has no completed projects, no portfolio and no client list. It has a team, and between them more than fifteen years each in importing, contracting and property in this country.
Every claim on this website is about what we will do, not what we have done. Ask us for the work histories behind it — which projects, in what role, and who to call. We will hand them over rather than make you request them twice.

Contractor’s all-risk, marine cargo and employer’s liability cover put in place per contract, with certificates issued to you before work starts.
Safety
Site inductions, method statements and a named safety officer on every project above an agreed threshold.
