Residential
Apartment buildings
Multi-storey residential in Male’ and Hulhumalé, from a bare plot to units handed over fitted and ready to let.
Commercial
Offices and retail
Shell-and-core or complete, including the fit-out. We work around trading neighbours and building hours without turning it into a variation.
Hospitality
Guesthouses and staff blocks
Small hospitality and staff accommodation on inhabited islands, where the whole job depends on materials arriving in the right order.
Industrial
Warehousing and workshops
Steel-frame warehousing, yards, workshops and cold stores — the buildings the rest of the economy runs out of.
Civil
Groundworks and infrastructure
Foundations, retaining structures, drainage, hardstanding and site services, on their own or as part of a building contract.
Renovation
Fit-out and refurbishment
Strip-out and refit of occupied buildings, phased so the parts still in use stay usable.

Our own supply line
Most construction delays in the Maldives are not construction problems. They are a container that did not sail, a clearance that sat, or a supplier who quoted a lead time they could not keep.
We buy, ship and clear the materials ourselves. When something slips we know in the same week, and we can work around it rather than write to you about it. That is the whole argument for hiring a contractor who also imports.

Design-and-build is where we are strongest, because it lets us order long-lead items before the drawings are finished rather than after.
